Despite the fact that the church he leads is opposed to same-sex marriage, the Archbishop of Canterbury says that if one of his own children were gay or bisexual, he would attend their same-sex wedding.
In an interview in The Spectator, Justin Welby, the head of the Church of England, said that if one of his five children told him they were marrying someone of the same sex, he would pray with them and attend their wedding.
‘Would I pray for them together? You bet I would, absolutely.
