Marco Rubio says the Supreme Court’s ruling legalizing same-sex marriage is not settled law, since it can be overturned by a future court ruling.
“It is the current law. I don’t believe any case law is settled law,” the Florida Senator told “Meet the Press” moderator Chuck Todd in an interview aired Sunday.
“Any future Supreme Court can change it,” the GOP presidential hopeful said, “And ultimately, I will appoint Supreme Court justices that will interpret the Constitution as originally constructed.”
