Crunching police killings numbers revealed many unknown cases – WaPo reporter

RT America | December 29, 2015

As of December 28, 977 Americans have been fatally shot by police officers in 2015, while only 18 officers have been charged this year over shootings, according to the Washington Post. The paper’s national reporter Wesley Lowery, who was involved with the project, joins RT’s Anya Parampil to discuss why it is difficult to indict a police officer, adding that shooting cases with video evidence have a higher chance of getting to the court.
