This class for older adults helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility to help maintain independence. It’s suitable for all levels – exercises can be done sitting or standing. Our program, and “50 and Better Together,” strives to create a safe place for those 50 and up to access important resources and referrals related to healthcare, social services and other community activities.
